Job summary
We are seeking a full-time F&B Manager who is responsible for managing and overseeing all food and beverage operations at Chay Lap Farmstay including Kitchen, Restaurant and Bar. He/she will be in charge of ensuring high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction.
Working location
Chày Lập Farmstay – Phuc Trach, Bo Trach, Quang Binh
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and coordinate the work of the CLFs Restaurant and Kitchen departments.
- Manage the quality of food and beverage services at Chay Lap Farmstay.
- Control the costs of assigned departments.
- Responsible for food hygiene and safety.
- Ensure that the Kitchen and Restaurant follow the correct food management procedures.
- Implement the process of waste management and strictly comply with waste classification.
- Directly participate in sales and be responsible for assigned on-site sales targets.
- Propose improvements, changes, and enhance the quality of services.
- Participate in recruiting & training staff when requested by management.
- Coordinate and work with related departments.
- Report detailed work and arising issues promptly to the direct manager.
Requirements
- F&B management experience.
- Good English communication.
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- The ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
